FreightCoreTMS LLC, operating as OverSizeTMS ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the OverSizeTMS software-as-a-service platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using OverSizeTMS, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information. This is necessary to create and manage your account.
Business data you enter. FreightCoreTMS LLC stores the operational data you input — customers, carriers, drivers, loads, invoices, and documents. This data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service.
Usage data. We collect information about how you use the platform — pages visited, features used, and actions taken — to improve the product and diagnose problems.
Device and connection data. We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information when you access the platform.
Communications. If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we retain that correspondence to respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell your personal information or your business data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
OverSizeTMS is a multi-tenant platform. Your company's data is logically isolated from all other customers using a unique tenant identifier. All database queries are scoped to your tenant — no other customer can access your loads, invoices, customers, or documents.
Our engineering controls enforce this isolation at the application layer on every request.
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
OverSizeTMS (a product of FreightCoreTMS LLC) operates a transactional SMS messaging program to deliver operational alerts on behalf of our customer carriers. This section describes how the program works and what data is collected.
Program operator. The SMS program is operated by FreightCoreTMS LLC. Messages are delivered via Twilio Inc., our SMS carrier-of-record. The published toll-free or 10DLC number that appears on your device is owned and controlled by FreightCoreTMS LLC.
Types of messages you may receive. All messages are transactional and operational — there are no marketing or promotional messages on this program. Message types include:
How you opt in. Your phone number is enrolled in the SMS program only after one of the following affirmative actions:
Consent is never assumed from the existence of a phone number in our system. A phone number on a user, driver, or contact record is used for SMS only after one of the affirmative actions above.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your operational role and load activity. A dispatcher on an active day may receive 5–25 messages; a driver typically receives 2–10 messages per active load. There is no fixed cadence — messages fire on operational events.
Carrier charges. Message and data rates may apply. OverSizeTMS does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to every message you send or receive. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your plan's rates.
How to opt out (STOP). You can stop receiving SMS messages from this program at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further SMS from the program number. You may also opt out by toggling "SMS notifications" off in your OverSizeTMS profile, or by asking your administrator to disable SMS on your user record.
How to get help (HELP). Reply HELP to any message and you will receive a reply with contact information for support. You can also email [email protected] at any time.
We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties. Phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and the contents of SMS messages are not sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. Phone numbers and consent data are passed only to Twilio Inc. for the sole purpose of delivering the message you are entitled to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Supported carriers. The program supports all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and major MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Program contact. Questions about the SMS program, including opt-in records or data deletion requests specific to SMS, can be sent to [email protected] or by mail to FreightCoreTMS LLC, El Mirage, AZ.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We protect your data using industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of credentials, and access controls that limit which employees can access production systems.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
FreightCoreTMS LLC uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from logging in.

OverSizeTMS is a business platform not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
